29th August - It was today confirmed that Daniel will be the host of 'The Arts Hour with Daniel Keen' on the internet radio station Redshift Radio from 8th September. The first show will be pre-recorded with Daniel broadcasting live every week from 15th September onwards. Log on to www.redshiftradio.co.uk every wednesday night from 9pm to hear the show. 20th March - The Events page has now been fully updated with all of Daniel's events up until September. Keep checking back for updates. 15th February - It was announced today that 'A Band For Britain', the documentary that Daniel filmed back in August, will be aired on BBC2 on the 8th, 15th and 22nd March at 9pm. Tune in to follow the plights of Dinnington Brass Band as they rebuild the band and search for a new conductor. 14th January - Following the success of last years events at the Victoria Hall and the surrounding area Daniel has been appointed the Director of the newly founded Alsager Festival. This will be an arts festival taking place at various venues in the town and will feature Classical and Jazz artists who are leaders in their fields. The full concert list will be posted here when it has been finalised. 12th October - Following on from the success of saturday nights Gala Charity Concert Daniel has been asked, by the charity GMI-UK, to help organise and run a Gospel Spectacular at the Victoria Hall on the 20th December. Daniel is pleased to accept this offer and looks forward to being involved in one of the most magical christmas concerts of the year. 7th September - Daniel starts his tenure as the MD of Bunbury Singers this evening, for more information about the choir please visit their website. 30th August - Daniel spent two days this week being filmed for a new BBC2 documentary, further details as to it's title and broadcast dates will be announced nearer the time. |
